                 Northern Frontier Railway has released Employment Notice for filling up posts in Group-D. Northern Frontier invites applications from the candidates who are the citizens of India.

Pay Scale for Group-D posts in Northern Frontier Railway :

            Pay Band – 1 of  5200 – 20200 with Grade Pay Rs. 1800

Note : This posts are not include for ex-Servicemen. The Separate notification will be issued for ex-Servicemen in Northern Frontier Railway Recruitment.

Educational Qualification for Group – D posts :

            Minimum 10^th Class pass or  ITI  or  Equivalent. The Academic qualification must be from recognized Institution/Board, otherwise candidate will be REJECTED.

Age Limit for Group – D :

            Age will be reckoned as on 01-01-2013. Age limit including Relaxation provision.

For SC/ST  upto 38 years.  For OBC upto 36 years. For additional information about age limit, see the notification of Northern Frontier Railway Recruitment Notification October – November 2012.

Examination Fee for the Post of Group D :

            The examination fee Rs. 40/- for the unreserved and OBC candidates. The candidates belonging to SC/ST, PWD, women, Minority and other economically backward classes are fully exempted for payment of examination fees.

            IPO from any Post Office in favour of  FA & CAO, N.F. Railway and payable at GPO, Guwahati.

Selection Procedure for the Post Group D :

            The selection procedure will consist of written examinations. Candidates who are qualified in the written exam, candidates will be shortlisted for Physical Efficiency Test (PET) & medical test also.

For Male Candidates	For Female Candidates
Should be able to run for a distance of 1500 metres in 6 minutes in one chance	Should be able to run for a distance of 400 metres in 3 minutes in one chance
